6th - 7th Grade
Use this math wheel to introduce or review finding percent of a number. Students can keep the wheel in their notebooks as a reference/study tool.
The sections of the wheel include formulas to calculate:
1) the percent of a number, when given the part and the whole
2) the whole, when given the part and percent
3) the part, when given the whole and the percent.
* Each section includes a couple sample problems for you to complete with the students.
* There are 8 additional problems around the outside that can be used for more guided practice or for individual practice.
* Students can color the headings, doodle arrows, and the background, just for fun.
